A Tynietoy Lyre Back Chair

As you can see from the photos, the "Lyre" is carved out on the back of the chair. The arms slant downwards and curl inward. The green seat is often made to slip in and out of the chair This one is glued in and has a very nice appearance, it almost looks like leather. The front legs have very soft or faded gold motifs going from the seat to the floor. The mahogany stain is done very nicely and gives the chair a great appearance.
