An Incredible French Clock
This is stamped and gilded brass with elaborate decoration of leaves and garlands which appear around the face of the clock and at the bottom. A hanging pendulum can be seen in the cut-out space at the base and can be controlled by the stick on top of the clock. The clock face has its identification written as : Brevete, S.G.D.G. – H H Paris A very special item for a large scale dolls’ house.
