A French Bronze Enameled Plaque

The bronze frame is just so outstanding with rows of decorative raised designs that encircle the oval plaque of two lovers. The colors are soft and really beautiful as the couple stands in a garden. At the top of the frame is a ribbon with a bow at the top and strands of ribbon falling gently down the sides of the frame. The last photo shows the hanger right behind the bow that allows this piece to be hung in a very special place!

Measurements: 3-1/2 h. - from the top of the bow to the tip of the bronze border at the bottom x 2-3/4w.

Circa: 19th Century
