A Fine Porcelain Monk
The monk has a finely made head with a painted black cap on top. As some of you know, it is difficult to photograph a china doll! His features are so well defined and beautifully painted. His eyelid has a thin black line with a tiny red line behind it. His shoes are black and flat. The monk has porcelain limbs and his hands are especially nice. His clothing is a prefect fabric that is light weight – a cloak that fits him well covers his trousers. The black rope around his middle is knotted and hangs down. He has a gold cross on a chain hanging on his chest. (Note: The last two photos show a rosary around his neck. That has been removed).
