Boulle Harpsichord
The shape of a harpsichord shows the front of it wide which gradually narrows to the back. So one side (the left side( shows a straight line back where the right side stays square at the front but gradually narrows to the back. A front opening to play the instrument has a lid that covers the keys. The top and sides of the harpsichord have gold transfer work. Only the front piece covering the keys is able to be opened. The keys do not move, but are glued down. There are two turned legs in the front and one at the very back.
