Round Sheraton Table and Two Hepplewhyte Chairs
The round Sheraton table is stained in mahogany and each of the four legs have a gold painted motif, much like a sheath of wheat, on the top of the legs. (I like the way the table is made, probably an early example- as it has a cut out piece of wood that is glued in place that makes the table stronger!!! The four legs are cut out and placed within this circle. I can send a photo.)
The two chairs are painted in a yellow background with flowers in shades of light gray and brown and with dark gray leaves. The painting goes nicely with the mahogany stain!
