A Rare Wooden Umbrella and Cane

I haven't seen one of these in ages. I think it is a Tynietoy piece. The cylinder shape container is painted black while the interior is painted orange! The wooden umbrella is painted a light green and has all the details of a real umbrella!

Measurements: The container is 1-3/4" tall and the wooden umbrella is 2-1/2"h.
