A Rare Ormolu Telephone
The phone has a box/like form that is heavily decorated with impressed designs on all four sides. The top has impressed designs which are very decorative and has a holder on top to hold the speaker and receiver. This piece is then attached to a cord that goes inside the box. There are two handles, one on each side of the box and as you turn one, the other one turns the same way. The ormolu is strong and brilliant. This is a special piece to set on a center table in a room!
Measurements: The box is 1-1/2"h. plus another ½" with the holder of the speaker and receiver
